LA Fortified Roofing is free for homeowners. We are paid a referral fee by the professional we send your request to. This fee never increases the price you pay for your project.
The longer version: independent roofing contractors pay for introductions to homeowners who need roof work. That referral relationship funds this site, its guides, and the referral service. You pay the contractor directly, at the contractor's own quoted price, exactly as if you had found them any other way.
Two things we do not do. We do not mark up the contractor's price, and we do not take payment to push a FORTIFIED upgrade on a homeowner it does not fit. The guides on this site lay out the discount and the cost math with sources and dates, and point you at the agencies for grant and tax credit terms, so you can decide with real numbers rather than stale ones.
